You can edit a custom message pressing the icon "with envelope" right of the emoji icon.
Right click and add your preset message.
Clicking on it, you can add the text on the current chat...
The help message was designed for the "panic button".

The file transfer works only when a user is online If there are a lot of unsent messages, they will be sent in a few minutes.

BeeBEEP does not use a server, so all the data are stored in the local pc.
You have to put the data in a shared folder for all users, but it is not a simple way to do things (there are people who do it in this way to make BeeBEEP work in shared computers). -
